Round 4 - artstation needs to actively do something

Artists, you own the rights to your own art works & content you create, unless you liscence/sell/sign it away. Simply sharing it online IS NOT an invitation for it to be fed into a dataset: that's theft. Plain and simple: to say otherwise is like saying you're allowed to steal from anybody who didn't ask not to be stolen from or like saying that if you put stuff on display at a store it’s up for grabs. Stable diffusion & other ai training, Should be opt-in only. Period. Unfortunately the people running the AIs have no respect for an artists rights or users privacy and seem to be committed to misunderstanding or twisting the law.
We need #Artstation, #Deviantart, #Kickstarter & Adobe to make a stronger stand against AI with an official policy. If you like, post the same image and see if we can get them to actually hear us. Keep posting this image until they do. I also feel that its important that events such as fan expo and other showrunners be made aware of these articles: situations and the general bad actors working in these spaces, please also consider emailing your local events about this. – Below are some informational links
